Counselling with Sasha

Why me?

I have been working as a counsellor and integrative psychotherapist for over 12 years, supporting clients with a diverse range of mental health issues.

My priority is to ensure we build a strong, therapeutic relationship that allows you to feel listened to, understood, and valued in an environment that is safe, nonjudgmental, and focused on you, the central person in our work.

I qualified as a psychotherapist following a 15-year career in a high-profile role in the corporate world.

I am registered with the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) as well as the BPS (British Psychological Society).

I have worked at West Kent Mind for the last 8 years, where I continue to practice as an Associate Counsellor. I support clients with anxiety, depression, personality disorders, paranoia, loss and grief. I have specific training on working with neurodiverse adults.

I have extensive experience working with victims and parents of victims of sexual abuse through my work at a specialist London-based charity (MOSAC), as well as my ongoing work supporting victims of domestic abuse through a Kent-based charity (DAVSS).
