Why counselling?
There are times in life when we are feeling overwhelmed and our usual coping strategies do not seem to be working. We may feel vulnerable, frustrated, angry, anxious or struggling to deal with a particular event. We cannot continue this way.
Whatever the circumstances, counselling can provide a safe space for you to talk openly, where you can feel heard and understood. Talking therapy works. It gives you time and space to focus on yourself and make positive changes to your life.
